Assisted
Living Accommodations
For those who require
a higher level of personal medical care, individuals may reside
in assisted living accommodations, which combine the freedom and
privacy of apartment living with the peace of mind of on-site, continual
care. Assisted living accommodations are organized in "neighborhoods"
of six or seven rooms (each with a unique decor), joined by a common
reception area. Nursing staff is stationed round-the-clock to assist
residents with all care needs. Assisted living facilities also feature
tastefully decorated communal kitchens, dining areas, game rooms
and libraries.
