Home Health Care
Home Health Care encompasses a wide range of skilled health care services that are provided in your home while recovering from an acute illness or hospital stay. Home Health services will help clients return to the comfort of their home environment sooner while recovering. These services are provided on an intermittent basis and are covered primarily through the Medicare Home Health benefit or other insurances.
You will be provided with expert clinicians focusing on your individual personalized goals. Our number one priority is quality care. We have a nurse on-call 24 hours a day/7 days a week every day all year long. As you recover at home, you will feel a sense of family from the Dunwoody at Home team.
Home health can include one or several types of care, but our most common services include:
- 1. Skilled Nursing
- 2. Physical Therapy
- 3. Occupational Therapy
- 4. Speech Therapy
- 5. Home Health Aide
- 6. Medical Social Worker
