Residences

Dunwoody Village understands that you are an individual, with individual tastes, and that’s why we offer our residents the ability to customize their living spaces. Whether you opt for a studio, a junior bedroom, a one- or two-bedroom apartment, or a more expansive country house or carriage home, you will find there’s a home to suit your needs and tastes. Our residences offer spacious closets, individual temperature controls, and lovely terrace views. Fully enclosed walkways from residences to the Community Building make it easy to get out of the house, even when the weather is uncooperative. The Penrose Carriage Homes have a convenient shuttle service available for transport to the Community Building as well.

Everyone is so friendly here at Dunwoody, and I have become so accustomed to their kindness, that now when I go out into the big, wide world, I find myself asking, ‘Why isn’t everyone like that?’

All units (excluding studios) have full kitchens with refrigerators with icemakers, dishwashers, microwaves, glass top ranges, washers and dryers. Weekly housekeeping, flat linen service, maintenance, and 24-hour security are just some of the amenities that are included.
