Personal Care at Dunwoody Village accommodates seniors who need support with activities of daily living along with access to nursing care around the clock. We encourage our residents to continue their favorite activities while, at the same time, providing additional support where needed. Scheduled programs and activities offer consistency, with the flexibility for residents to structure their day in a way that feels most comfortable.

Upon arrival, residents and families work with staff to develop a support plan that reflects their unique needs and abilities and guarantees a highly personal experience. Across all departments, our team members approach their work with warmth, caring and enthusiasm, ensuring

Skilled Nursing Accommodations

Our Skilled Nursing Accommodations offer 24-hour onsite medical supervision from our friendly, caring staff. On average, staff spends over five hours a day with each patient – exceeding state requirements and well above state and national averages. Residents are assisted with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication management and dining as necessary. With our indoor walkways, residents in Skilled Nursing Accommodations can easily access the same amenities and activities as their friends in Personal Care and private residences, contributing to better mental and physical health and a more positive aging experience.

Memory Support Accommodations

Memory Support in Cedars West is dedicated to residents dealing with the physical and mental challenges of early-stage dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. In this dedicated memory support neighborhood, emphasis is placed on 24-hour care, physical and cognitive therapy, and a secure, monitored environment, while enclosed gardens, walkways and safe areas are provided for outdoor enjoyment. As in our Skilled Nursing Accommodations, residents receive assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication management and dining.
