The Penrose Carriage Homes have a convenient shuttle service available for transport to the Community Building as well.

Everyone is so friendly here at Dunwoody, and I have become so accustomed to their kindness, that now when I go out into the big, wide world, I find myself asking, ‘Why isn’t everyone like that?’
All units (excluding studios) have full kitchens with refrigerators with icemakers, dishwashers, microwaves, glass top ranges, washers and dryers. Weekly housekeeping, flat linen service, maintenance, and 24-hour security are just some of the amenities that are included. A substantial portion of both the entrance and monthly fees may be tax-deductible.
